REFUND POLICY

SwagataMobiles offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for certain Shared Hosting, WordPress Hosting, and Reseller Hosting. If you are not satisfied with the hosting service and have opened a cancellation request or opened a ticket in the customer area, or sent us an email about the cancellation request to cancel@swagatamobiles.in, we will provide you with a full refund for accommodation The amount paid (deducting taxes). This money-back guarantee only applies to fees paid for hosting services and does not apply to management fees, custom software installation fees or other installation fees, or any other additional service fees.

  • Services: There are no refunds on SSL Certificate, Email Security, SiteLock Security, License & Addons, Web Design, Website Builder.
  • Domain: There are no refunds on a domain registration or domain renewals or in domain transfer & domain reseller.

Cancellations and Refunds Process :

In case you are not satisfied with our hosting service you can cancel your hosting account within 7 days by giving us a written notice either by opening a ticket from Client Area or by sending us an email to cancel@swagatamobiles.in with the subject line “Cancellation and Refund”. Note: We do not accept any cancellation request after 7 days. Once we have received your request and confirmed all the necessary information with you we will process your request within 24 hours and will notify you in written typically by email that your hosting is canceled and the refund is processed. You will receive a notification from us by email that your refund is processed.

Termination of Product/Services :

Termination We may terminate your access to the service in whole or in part without notifying you, without prior notice:

(I) You have not paid any fees;

(Ii) You have violated this agreement;

(Iii) Your behavior may be through the sending of spam, brute force attacks, DDoS ​​attacks, etc. or

(iv) This contract provides the opposite. In this case, SwagataMobiles will not refund you any fees paid before termination, and you are required to pay all fees incurred before the termination takes effect. In addition, we may charge you all service fees for the time remaining at that time.

Upon termination of the service, user content, user site, and other data for any reason, no backup will be provided to the user.

Changes to this policy :

We reserve the right to view, modify or modify this privacy policy in any way at any time. However, if we plan to materially change the way we plan to use the personal information previously collected, we will notify you in advance before the change takes effect and we will have an opportunity to cancel those different uses. We recommend that you check this page regularly for the latest information on our privacy practices.
